Focus Helix Academy provides educational workshops and private chart reviews on technical analysis. Content is instructional. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, brokerage services, or a solicitation to trade.
Intellectual property
Charts packs, worksheets, and site copy remain the property of Focus Helix Academy Limited unless a written licence states otherwise. Participants may keep materials for personal study and may not redistribute them commercially.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Focus Helix Academy Limited is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made after attending a workshop. Our liability for any claim related to a paid session is limited to the fees paid for that session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our workshops.
