Refund policy
Rules for cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds on workshops and private reviews.
Eligibility
Paid workshop seats and private chart reviews may be refunded when cancellation notice meets the timeframes below. Free informational materials and already-used private session time are not refundable.
Timeframe
- Full refund: written cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled session
- 50% refund: cancellation between 6 days and 48 hours before the session
- No refund: cancellation inside 48 hours, no-shows, or departure after a session has started
Rescheduling
You may move once to another published date of the same workshop at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours ahead and seats remain.
Deposits
Corporate group bookings may require a deposit. Deposits become non-refundable inside 14 days of the reserved date unless we cancel the session.
Materials
Printed chart packs prepared for a named participant after payment are non-refundable once printing has started, though the seat fee follows the table above.
Process and method
Email info@focus-helixpoint.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Academy cancellations
If Focus Helix Academy cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or a seat on a later date.
